How do I order more than one of any item or remove an item from my shopping cart?
When you check out, you’ll have the opportunity to change and update quantities. If you want to remove an item, simply change the quantity to zero (0).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive.
I’ve placed an order that hasn’t been shipped yet and want to change or cancel it. What should I do?

What should I do if I need to return my shipment?
Email us at ncpoisoncontrol@yahoo.com and let us know the reason for your return. You can also call us at 1-800-222-1222 to discuss your return. We will issue a credit within two weeks of receiving the returned items.
